Here us an old 4 speed shift knob.  Original application unknown.
3/8"- 24 threads are in good condition.  Reverse is left and down as pictured.
It has wear from use but no major damage.  Very solid!
It's an old style solid plastic knob.  Not hollow.  You'll love it!!
